You can also wear a tshirt under a man's blazer, it gives a casual look, sometimes a little too casual. You prefer to wear a blazer with a round neck t-shirt? Or wear it with a V-neck t-shirt? It's a matter of taste, but here are my thoughts.
WEAR A ROUND NECK T-SHIRT UNDER A MAN'S BLAZER
If you want to wear a t-shirt under a blazer, I recommend choosing a round neck t-shirt. I find that the roundness of the t-shirt's collar forms a nice combination with the V of the closed blazer jacket. Always choose a t-shirt in a lighter color than your blazer. Take a nice t-shirt model with a well worked collar, so as not to have too big a gap between the sophisticated look of the blazer and a t-shirt that is too low-end.
The ideal is still to wear a white t-shirt under a navy blue jacket. It's the perfect match!

WEAR A V-NECK T-SHIRT UNDER A MAN BLAZER
I'm less convinced by the v-neck t-shirt under a blazer (or even the v-neck sweater). This is a matter of taste. I find that the V of the collar does not go well with the V of the jacket. It's a double V that clashes.

WEARING A POLO SHIRT UNDER A MAN'S BLAZER: THE NEAR MISS!
This is the second look for men where I am less convinced by the rendering. It is really rare to see a look with a polo shirt under a blazer jacket that is a success. I find that the polo neck and its very short buttonhole doesn't go well with the blazer. Prefer to wear a t-shirt or a shirt, it's much more elegant.

It's a no-brainer! A shirt perfectly completes a look with a jacket. To know how to wear a shirt under a jacket for men, it's pretty simple. Here are the important rules:
Wear a shirt in a lighter color than your blazer
Choose a shirt with a collar that stays in place under the collar of your blazer
Wear a shirt with or without a tie. If you don't wear a tie, make sure your collar stays in place, like a button-down collar.
