Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. 

Your order will be processed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Order placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day. 

All our products are shipped from Madrid Spain to the destination of your choice via local shipping services. free international shipping. 

We work closely with our partner carriers like UPS o CORREOS ESPAÑA to minimize the possible effects of delivery delays. However, we sometimes have to check your details with your credit card issuer before we can dispatch your purchases.

We do our best to keep delays to a minimum. The delivery time starts with the acceptance of your order and includes a 24 hour period during which your items are processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that this process may take longer during sales or other busy periods.

PACKAGING
Depending on the product purchased, your order will be wrapped or packaged in a Kayib bag, box or cover.

Kayib Couture products will only be wrapped in Kayib Couture cotton bags if the gift wrapping option is selected, otherwise they will be wrapped in standard wrapping paper.

Your order will be sent in a neutral box to avoid theft.
