To exchange or replace a product, the customer must return the package in which it was received. Then, after checking the condition of the product in the same conditions as a new, never-used shipment, kayib will send a new product chosen by the customer at the same price and range as the product ordered during the first purchase. Time for product exchange is 5/10 working days after receipt of the product to be exchanged.
if the product exchange is requested by the customer, the customer can no longer request a refund because if the exchange procedure is initiated, the customer must wait for this procedure to be completed.
Please note that we offer several customizable / made-to-order and personalized products that cannot be exchanged, returned or cancelled after purchase. A "Return/Exchange not accepted" message is also displayed on the pages of these products.
The cost of returning the product for an exchange is entirely the customer's responsibility, not kayib.shop's.
